IEMT Practitioner Training

What is IEMT?

Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) is a developing area of rapid therapeutic change, developed by UK therapist Andrew T. Austin, that explores undesired emotions and identity imprints. The process explores the question, "How did someone learn to feel the way they do?" and creates the possibility of introducing the appropriate change in our clients' emotional lives. The process involves teaching resources and skills inside the problem state. It also appears to allow the client to be more in the now and stay out of past negative imprints. Practitioners who use IEMT consistently report that it has created change in their clients where no other approach has worked previously. The core of IEMT is spotting and dealing with the five major patterns of chronicity. What are the patterns of chronicity? Patterns of chronicity are behavioural patterns that prevent time from being a healer and make it challenging for some people to find proper help despite some change work professionals' best efforts. Using IEMT, a practitioner can help the individuals deal with the patterns and adapt to life more functionally. Below are the five patterns.
