NLP, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, is a revolutionary study of the process of human thought. In other words, it’s the study of what is actually going on when we think. It is also defined as the study of subjective experience, which is what we notice if we look at the step-by-step thinking activity. If we open the brain surgically, we will not find the mind, and because we do not have a user manual for the brain, NLP was created.
NLP is an understanding – not of the brain – but of how the mind using the brain expresses itself in your life and creates what you call your experience. NLP is the art and science of human excellence that has also been called the “New Technology of Achievement”, and that is just the start. It allows you to uncover your mental strategies that are related to communication, goal setting, decision making, and much more. Learning it will allow you to take control of your mind and create the change you are looking for in your life. Is entrepreneurship one of your goals? Do you want to create better synergy in your relationships with others, become a better leader, remove the fear of public speaking, get rid of your bad habits, or get fit and in shape?
Learning NLP will allow you to begin to discover what makes your brain tick and learn about your own strategies and habits, how you can change them with more ease, and create more flexibility and choice in your life. Success is yours to grab as a result of learning NLP.

Integral eye movement therapy (IEMT) is a psychotherapy model that aims to reduce intense negative emotional states. In this model, the patient is asked to recall and maintain a negative image of an event that was experienced in the past. Meanwhile, the therapist asks the patient to move the eyes in specific directions. The typical outcome of IEMT is the reduction of negative emotions with an event or an image in mind.
